Q: Are the gowns on the website available for rental as well?
A: Some designs might be available for rental. However, the color and size might not be the same. For gown rental, you can only choose off-the-rack from what is available. We do not provide the catalog for gown rental. Please visit our boutique.

Q: For gown rental, do you do alterations?
A: The quoted rental price does not include alterations. We will charge separately for alterations depending on the fabrics and what need to be altered. Wedding gowns alterations are common however, we don't reccommend alterations for evening gown rental as it is not cost-effective.

Q: If I'm not comfortable in buying online, what should I do?
A: You can visit our boutique. We will take your measurements. Regular price applies and we will provide post-alteration if it does not fit.

Q : Do I need to fix an appointment to view the gowns?
A : No, you can directly visit our boutique at 390 Victoria St #01-35 (directly opp. Raffles Hospital Bugis Main Entrance). We're open Tue-Sun 1-9PM. Feel free to contact us at 62978033.

Q: How much deposit do I need to pay?
A: S$100 for evening gowns and cocktail dresses which will be refunded upon returning in good conditions.

Q: What is considered "in good conditions"?
A: No torns, no stains, no discolorations, no pulls. Otherwise, deposit will be forfeited.

Q : Do you rent plus-size gowns and dresses?
A : At the moment we do not, only for tailor made. The sizes we have for evening gowns are from UK 2 to 16 and cocktail dresses from UK 0 to 8.

Q : How long can I rent the gown?
A : The price stated is for 3 (three) days. 1-3 days rental price is the same. Special arrangements are welcome.

Q : Do I have to dry-clean the gown before returning?
A : No, we will do the dry-cleaning for free.

Q : I wish to tailor make a gown. How long does it take to complete?
A : 2-8 weeks depends on the style and complexity of the gown.

Q : Do you have special price for bulk purchases?
A : We often receive orders for bridesmaids dresses of more than 5. Please enquire to discuss your requirements.
